LIVE OAK — A Live Oak man was arrested this week on charges of sexual battery of a minor.
According to the Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office, 20-year-old Samuel Oyola allegedly admitted during an interview to the sexual battery of the minor victim.
The report states the victim told authorities that the suspect had previously touched her private area as well as making her touch his penis.
According to the report, the victim said the suspect had sex with her twice in the past week.
A medical examination showed findings consistent with that, the report states.
Oyola was arrested Thursday and charged with one count of sexual battery of a victim under 12 years of age and two counts of sexual battery by familiar or in custody of a victim 12 years of age or under.
