LIVE OAK — Arrested earlier in the month on lewd and lascivious behavior, a Live Oak man posted bond and left town.
When he returned Sunday, 43-year-old Jeremy David Golden was arrested on four more counts of lewd and lascivious behavior, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and six counts of animal cruelty.
A Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office report states the suspect deliberately touched victims younger than 16 on their chest or in their vaginal area. The report adds the suspect also made the victim place their hands on his penis.
According to the report, the suspect also provided alcoholic beverages to several minors.
He was previously arrested May 2 on similar charges after touching a victim on the chest area underneath the victim’s clothes as well as reaching into the pants of the victim on May 1. That SCSO report states the suspect also touched another victim in the chest area on the outside of their clothes in front of several witnesses.
The suspect left town May 3 after posting bond “despite knowing he had additional charges pending,” the SCSO report states.
When he returned to his residence, the Suwannee County SWAT team was deployed and the report states the suspect was observed running in the house after they entered.
According to the report, the suspect is considered a flight risk and investigators received information that he was attempting to flee to Poland.
The report adds that the suspect left five dogs and a cat at the residence without food or water while he was out of town.
