JASPER — The Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners approved a bid for courthouse renovations Nov. 6.
With recounts ordered in three races by Secretary of State Ken Detzner, the canvassing boards in Hamilton and Suwannee counties will meet Tuesday morning.

JASPER — The Miss HCHS Pageant will be held Saturday, Nov. 3, at the Hamilton County High School Auditorium. The pageant will begin at 6 p.m. Student admission is $3 and adult admission is $5.
