LAKE CITY — Nearly 400 students at Florida Gateway College have been named to the President’s List and the Vice President’s List. The 398 students — which includes 45 from Suwannee County, eight from Hamilton County and two from Lafayette County — were named to the list for the Spring 2019 semester.

Students earn a spot on the President’s List by completing 12 or more credits a semester with a GPA of 4.0 in those courses.

Making the President’s List were, from Suwannee County, David Cody Brooks, Emilee Carolyn Cannon, Erin Leigh Clary, Amber Danielle Hatch, Hanna Inori Herndon, Savannah April Howell, Kristen Renee Kirby, Karen Sue Kramer, Matthew Justin Langford, Kelsey Nicole Longnecker, Caleigh Alexis McCauley, Sarah Ann McWaters, Cassidy Marie Rountree, Savannah Paige Thomas, Hunter Ray Williams and Elisahar Woloszyn; from Hamilton County, Daniela Geisler, Fallon Dane Kerr, Molly Jade Tomlinson and Priscilla Michelle Wentworth; and from Lafayette County, Kayla Bolen and Shakera A. Wilson.

The Vice President’s List honor is accomplished by earning 12 or more credits in the semester with a GPA of at least 3.5 and no grade below a “C” in those courses.

The lists include students participating in the Second Chance Pell program at The Columbia Correctional Institution Annex.
