WHITE SPRINGS — Three candidates qualified for the upcoming White Springs Town Council election.
The deadline to qualify for the two open seats was March 19 at noon.
The candidates that qualified are Tonja Brown, Tom Moore and Arthur Natteal.
Those positions are currently held by Brown and Rhett Bullard.
Bullard decided to not run for re-election.
"I would like to thank all of the people who showed support for the town of White Springs, especially the six years I was on the council," Bullard said. "I am grateful people gave me the opportunity for public service.
"I am proud to have been a part in shepherding millions of dollars into the town of White Springs."
He said he is ready to focus on ventures in his own life and give others an opportunity to serve the public.
The election will be held Tuesday, April 23.
Also on the ballot are potential changes to the town's charter.
