River flood warnings issued

Live Oak — Santa Fe River at Three Rivers Estates

The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a flood warning for the Santa Fe River at Three Rivers Estates from Tuesday evening until further notice or until the warning is canceled. At 11 a.m. Monday, the stage was 16.6 feet. Flood stage is 19 feet. The forecast calls for the river to rise above flood stage by tomorrow evening and continue to rise to near 21 feet by Saturday early afternoon.

Suwannee River at White Springs

The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a flood warning for the Suwannee River at White Springs from Wednesday morning to late Friday night or until the warning is canceled. At 11 a.m. Monday, the stage was 62.2 feet. Flood stage is 77 feet. The river is forecast to rise above flood stage by late Wednesday morning and continue to rise to near 81.9 feet by Thursday early afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage by Friday before midnight. 

Suwannee River at Suwannee Springs

The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a flood warning for the Suwannee River at Suwannee Springs from Friday evening until further notice or until the warning is canceled. At 11 a.m. Monday, the stage was 49.5 feet. Flood stage is 67 feet. The river is forecast to rise above flood stage by Friday before midnight and continue to rise to near 68.9 feet by Saturday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
