November adult workshops at Lafayette library

Mayo — The Lafayette County Public Library has announced their adult workshops for the month of November.

Every Tuesday in November from 5:30-6:30 p.m. will be kick Boxing. Then, at 10 a.m. every Friday come learn about strength training.

On Monday, Nov. 18, at 6 p.m., a “Healthy Cooking, Slow Cooking” technique workshop will be led by instructor Eva Bolton.

To wind up the month, instructor Wendy Bash will be on hand Tuesday, Nov. 19, to speak to folks about “Identity and Credit Protection.”
