Patrelle J. Stokes, a resident of Live Oak, Fla. passed away Nov. 28, 2013 in Live Oak, Fla. 

Mr. Patrelle J. Stokes is survived by his father Major Stokes, his grandmother Mrs. Georgia Mae Thompkins, brothers, uncles, aunts,and many other close relatives and friends.

Funeral service for Mr. Patrelle J. Stokes will be Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013 at 1 p.m. in the Ebenezer A.M.E. Church. Interment will be at the Claywood Cemetery Live Oak, Fla. Visitation for family and friends will be Friday, Dec. 13, 2013 from 6 - 8 p.m. in the D.M. Udell Funeral Home Chapel.

Margaret T. Parks

 

Nov. 13, 1927 - July 21, 2013

 

Margaret T. Parks, longtime Luraville resident, died in Haslett, MI where she had lived since September, 2010. Marge was born Nov. 13, 1927 in Portland, MI and died on July 21, 2013. She was the daughter of Elizabeth and Markus Lehman. She was the youngest of their seven children. She and Donavon, her husband, moved from MI. to Fla. in June, 1972. They moved to Luraville from Largo in the mid 1990’s. Donavon predeceased her. She is survived by children, Kathy Nestell (Sandra Williams) of Waveland, MS, Michael Nestell (Jann) of Williamsotn, MI and step children Daralee Graham (Randy) of Grand Ledge, MI and Micky Parks (Luann) of Baldwin, MI, and granddaughter Brittany Dillman (Peter) of Haslett, MI. 

There will be a memorial service for her on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013 at 3 p.m. at the Luraville Baptist Church, 20309 180th Street, Live Oak, Fla. Interment next to Donavon will follow immediately. The family was served by Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes Williamston Chapel.

Lynne Clayton Marable

 

Oct. 8, 1955 - Dec. 11, 2013

 

Lynne Clayton Marable, age 58 of Live Oak, Fla. passed away Wednesday morning, Dec. 11, 2013 at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville, Fla. following a courageous battle with cancer.  She was a native of Miami, Fla. moving to Live Oak in 1956.  She loved teaching and was the Suwannee Vo-Tech Teacher of the Year 2001- 2002.  Lynne loved to travel and baking, especially Christmas cookies. She also enjoyed scrap booking and spending time with her family.  She was of the Baptist faith.
