Morning Update for Thursday, June 20, 2013

Live Oak — Weather:

  • Thursday Isolated showers, then showers and thunderstorms likely after 10am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 92. Calm wind becoming southwest around 5 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

     
  • Thursday Night A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 3am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 69. Light east wind.

HAMILTON COUNTY:

 

Interstate 75  Nighttime lane closures between State Road 6 (Exit 460) and the Georgia line for northbound traffic Sunday through Thursday after 8 p.m. for placing the final layer of asphalt on the center lane requiring two lanes to be closed.  The speed limit is reduced to 60 mph during lane closures. No lane closures allowed from 6 a.m. Friday until 6 a.m. Monday.

 

SUWANNEE COUNTY:


 

U.S. 27  Daytime lane closures between the Columbia and Lafayette County lines to repaint the roadway markings.

 

U.S. 129  Daytime lane closures from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. between Gordon Tractor and the southern Live Oak city limits to clean the ditches.
