HAMILTON COUNTY:

Central Avenue SW  The road is closed to through traffic from Southwest Fifth Street to the southern city limits in Jasper for work on improving the drainage system and preparation for construction of a paved bike and walking trail.  Work is continuing northward to Martin Luther King Jr. Street.

U.S. 41  The road will be temporarily closed Friday, December 6 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. from Adams Memorial Circle to Lillian Saunders Drive (south gate to Stephen Foster Park) in White Springs for the Festival of Lights parade. White Springs Police will detour traffic.

 SUWANNEE COUNTY:

U.S. 129  Daytime lane closures from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. just north of Interstate 10 to pave new driveways and access into the Penn Oil truck stop.

U.S. 90 and U.S. 129  These roads will be temporarily closed Saturday, December 7 from 6-9 p.m. from Wilbert Street to U.S. 90 and from U.S. 129 to Houston Avenue in Live Oak for the annual Christmas parade. Live Oak Police will detour traffic.

Sabal Trail Transmission, LLC will be hosting its second open house meeting for the interested public to learn more about the underground natural gas pipeline project that is proposed to come through Suwannee County. Click here for the location and time.
