Florida Library Snapshot Day

Thursday at Live Oak, Branford libraries

The Suwannee River Regional Library will be participating in Florida Library Snapshot Day on Thursday, Jan. 23. The Florida Library Association (FLA) is pleased to announce that this is the fourth Florida Library Snapshot Day event.
The Suwannee River Regional Library will join libraries across Florida in taking pictures and collecting statistics and patrons’ comments showing how Floridians are utilizing their libraries that day. The FLA will then collect the results and post them online. The Florida Library Association, in partnership with the Division of Library and Information Services will be posting the results on the FLA website www.flalib.org, where everyone can see these powerful stories.
One library’s pictures and statistics may be small but the results from the entire state are very impactful. Help complete our mosaic for library advocacy. Look at the results from the previous Florida Library Snapshot Day: http://www.flalib.org/snapshot_day_files/jan_2013/2013_Snapshot_Flyer.pdf
