Live Oak CRA to hold planning meeting

Live Oak —

The Live Oak Community Redevelopment Agency will be holding an open facilitated planning meeting on Tuesday, July 22, at the Suwannee Passenger Depot to discuss refining the downtown vision.

The public is encouraged to attend and this meeting will afford local citizens the opportunity to make recommendations, offer comments and suggest alternatives to the CRA District during the upcoming fiscal year.

“This CRA work session is to continue the visioning process that began last year and to build on the momentum that was created for redeveloping our downtown,” said Live Oak City Manager Kerry Waldron. “Great things are happening in our community. Identifying future projects in the CRA district strengthens the budget process and lays out a pathway for completion. I encourage all interested stake holders to engage with the City and CRA to carry the vision forward.”

The meeting is at 5 p.m. For more information, please call the Live Oak City Hall at 386-362-2276.
