Suwannee Democrat, Mayo Free Press and Jasper News to give away 8-foot Christmas stocking

One lucky winner will be announced on Friday, Dec. 20

Live Oak — Suwannee Democrat, Mayo Free Press and Jasper News will mark the Christmas season by hanging a giant 8 ft. tall toy-filled Christmas stocking in their office and allowing new subscribers and renewing subscribers to take part in a drawing to win the stocking in December. The drawing winner will receive the stocking to take home to their family.  The winner will be announced on Friday, Dec. 20, 2013 online at And then again in print on Dec. 25 and 26.

Myra Regan, publisher of the newspapers decided to have the drawing so one winner will get to take home something truly awesome for Christmas and get or continue receiving their hometown newspaper at the same time.
