Suwannee Democrat

Live Oak — Locally heavy rainfall will remain possible today as showers and thunderstorm activity first erupts over the Suwannee River Valley and drifts inland. More robust shower and thunderstorm activity is expected over Northeast Florida by midday as an upper level disturbance crosses the area. A few strong storms will be possible which will be capable of producing gusty winds. Storm motion will be to the northeast around 20-25 mph.

Thunderstorm activity will gradually diminish inland after sunset while moving offshore of the Atlantic Coast.
