Morning Update for Monday, July 1, 2013

Live Oak — Weather:

  • Monday A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 89.

     
  • Monday Night A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 72.

Traffic:

HAMILTON COUNTY:

 

Interstate 75  Daytime lane closures between State Road 6 (Exit 460) and the Georgia line for northbound traffic Monday through Wednesday for placing the final layer of asphalt in the outside lane. The speed limit is reduced to 60 mph during lane closures.

 

SUWANNEE COUNTY:

 

U.S. 129 One lane will be temporarily closed Saturday morning (June 29) from Melody Church south of Live Oak to 100th Street for runners in the Freedom Fest Firecracker 5K. Suwannee County Sheriff’s Department will direct traffic.
