Surrey Place Care Center recently honored Paints Rocky Top “Rocky” and his owners, Sandy and Ken Bartolotti (left), with a volunteer plaque from Administrator Bret Brown. Rocky, a Tennessee Walker, has the endearing quality of giving love and receiving love in the form of hugs and kisses. According to Sandy and Ken, Rocky has a special connection with children and senior adults. Surrey Place residents say they love spending time with him.
