Tuesday: Colder...sunny. Highs in the upper 30s. North winds 10 to 15 mph. Lowest wind chill readings 3 to 8 in the morning.

Central Avenue SW  The road is closed to through traffic from Southwest Fourth Street to the southern city limits in Jasper for work on improving the drainage system and preparation for construction of a paved bike and walking trail. Work is continuing northward to Martin Luther King Jr. Street.
