1. Approve payment of invoices.



2. Approval of payment of Invoice No. 12636, in the amount of $4,259.00, to MicroData GIS, Inc. for annual maintenance.



3. Approve payment of Invoice No. 2A, in the amount of $16,125.17, to The Scruggs Company for work performed on Baker Road and 101st Lane.

At 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider approval of resolution decreasing the maximum S.H.I.P. award limits for down payment and closing cost assistance for Very Low, Low and Moderate income clients. 7. At 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, discuss, with possible Board action, an agreement with the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Wildlife Services for wildlife damage management in Suwannee County. At 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, consider approval of Adoption Agreement 2008 for Suwannee County Board of County Commissioners Section 125 Premium Only Plan, and adoption of Certificate of Resolution for same for plan year ending September 30, 2009. Consider approval of Joint Participation Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the stormwater permitting required by Department of Environmental Protection National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) at the Suwannee County Airport. 21. Consider approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 2, in the amount of $13,000.00, with URS Corporation, for professional services for NPDES Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for Suwannee County Airport. (John G. Wooley, County Coordinator)
