Can anyone answer this question for me, I have asked our "we will cut the fat out if you elect us" county commissioners why the road dept has 47 employees and 29 cell phones that they use for personal use and do not pay anything at all for. we furnish most of them a truck to drive around in on and off the job and now we pay for their phone calls. please people park those trucks and use a cb radio. this is some "change" we could live with!

Hi, I would like to comment about the people leaving Suwannee County. Myself and my family left Suwannee County in February to go down south and that's the best thing I've done in 20 years. I have children that still live in Suwannee County that I would love to help them escape from there. The place is corrupt. And after I lost my job, there's no where there I would like to work. There's nothing there for the kids. There's nothing there and you can have it.

Suwannee County is a small town, and almost everyone is related to someone. With that being said our schools in Suwannee County are large enough that immediate family should not be working in the same building, when one of those family members is in a supervisory position over another immediate family member. We have enough schools that wives, daughters, husbands, mothers, father etc. could work at another school.

I agree with the person who said, why every year does the county road department mow down the lovely wild flowers that are blooming along the roadside. Are the county road department men allowed to mow down the lovely wild flower seeds spread along the roadside by generous Wellborn businesses when they are blooming and attracting visitors to our area? They do it every year. Is it because for generations in May, the county road department or who ever has mowed them down, and that's what they do that time every year. Do they not recognize the difference between beautiful, multi-colored and multi-variety wild flowers and think they are blooming weeds? Are they too dumb to recognize the difference between weeds and flowers? Or is it that they just can't be flexible. That every year, May whatever, whatever, they mow the sides of the roads. That's one major problem in Live Oak Suwannee County. If they did it that way 20 years ago their still trying to do it.

I would like to rant about the scene, I hate this magazine I believe that it’s the biggest waste of paper ever. I assume the magazine is supposed to be one of them magazines that you may see in a big city that discusses concerts and plays and stuff like that, but ours is just stupid 97% of it is filled with ads and all of the articles are just people advertising their business. The magazine is dumb.

My child just finished about 3/4 of a level 1 text book and has the level 2 course scheduled for next year. How much of a handicap will my child have? Is my child going to fail level 2 because 1/4 of all of the level 1 knowledge wasn't taught this year? Will all the students in the class fail next year as well?
