Drug sweep total reaches 45

— A total of 45 arrests have been made in a Suwannee County drug sweep that began May 5, sheriff’s records show.
Sheriff Tony Cameron said Thursday the arrests were part of a joint task force operation by the sheriff's office and the county drug task force. Charges stem from possession to violation of probation for past drug charges, jail records show.
The following arrests are in addition to the 28 reported in Friday’s Democrat:
Brian Michael Arey, 28, of 20530 50th Street, charged with cultivation of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia;
Randy Steven Blair, 29, of 9858 Clint Moore Rd, Boca Raton, resisting arrest without violence, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia;
Shannon Burke, 46, of 18255 91st Road, McAlpin, violation of probation for grand theft III, possession of morphine with the intent to sell and sale of morphine within 1000 feet of a church;
Carl Garret Dubois, 25, of 16249 45th Rd., Wellborn, possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia;
Angelia Suezzette Frye, 41, of 5566 CR 136A, violation of probation for simple battery and possession of clonazepram;
Timothy Leon Hill, 47, of 1101 SW 7th St., two counts of possession of cocaine with the intent to sell, two counts of sale of cocaine within 1000 feet of a place of worship, sale of cocaine within 1000 feet of a child care facility and resisting officer without violence;
Merri Marlene Hunt, 42, of 15908 36th Trail, violation of probation for purchase of a controlled substance;
Carlile Michael Johnson, 22, of 21006 N CR 349, O'Brien, Columbia County violation of probation for possession of more than 20 grams of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia;
James Alexander Lambert, 36, of 2231 SE CR 475, Branford, traffic in hydrocodone (more than four grams but less than 14), possession of oxycontin with the intent to sell and sale of oxycontin;
Linda Lena Lanum, 53, of 16082 73rd Lane, two counts of possession of methadone with the intent to sell, sell of methadone, sale of methadone and two counts of unlawful use of a two-way communication device;
Roderick Devon Polite, 25, of 8823 CR 136, violation of probation for two counts of sale of cocaine, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell, sale of a controlled substance (cannabis), possession of cannabis with the intent to sell and felony fleeing an officer in high speed pursuit;
Ida Marie Ramirez, 31, of 1711 Long Street, possession of morphine with the intent to sell, sale of morphine and trafficking in hydrocodone;
Joshua Ryan Stokes, 22, of 259 Cypress Cove Drive, Lake City, two counts of tampering with evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 20 grams of cannabis;
Willie Earl Thomas Jr., 36, of 8811 139th Place, violation of probation for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia;
Randy Lewis Townsend, 27, of 6313 S SR 349, Branford, possession of a controlled substance;
Christopher Ben Wells, 19, of 812 Hamilton Ave., possession of more than 20 grams cannabis with the intent to sell, sale of more than 20 grams cannabis within 1000 feet of a place of worship, two counts of possession of cannabis with the intent to sell, two counts of sale of cannabis within 1000 feet of a place of worship and two counts of unlawful use of a two-way communication device;
Stephanie Wood, 38, of 417 Duval St., possession of cocaine with the intent to sell, sale of cocaine within 1000 feet of a church, unlawful use of a two way device, possession of cannabis with the intent to sell and sale of cannabis within 1000 feet of a church.
