Some Jasper streets now one-way

As of Nov. 1, some streets downtown have been changed to run one-way only. First Avenue, SE from MLK Drive N. to Hatley Street is now a one-way street with traffic flowing north. Central Avenue W. from MLK Boulevard N. to Hatley is now a one-way street with traffic flowing south. Central Avenue E. from MLK Boulevard N. is a one-way street with traffic to flow north.
