Two Jennings men have been arrested in connection with a home invasion robbery in Jennings in August.
According to sheriff's reports, Arturo Nava Jr., 18, 6476 NW CR 15, and Armando Reyes, 35, 1280 Cherry Street, were arrested on Sept. 15 in connection with the same incident, following an investigation by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office and the Drug Task Force.
The men are accused of breaking into a mobile home in Jennings, beating the occupant and stealing cash and a check. Under Florida law, they could face up to life in prison if convicted.
A third man was arrested on Aug. 24 after witnesses recognized him leaving a residence in Jennings where a home invasion robbery had just occurred, say authorities.
Reyes was charged with home invasion robbery with a firearm, burglary of a dwelling and possession of stolen property. He is being held without bond.
Nava was charged with home invasion robbery with a firearm, burglary of a dwelling (two counts) and violation of probation. He is being held without bond.
Ochoa was charged with burglary of a dwelling and theft. He is being held on a $15,000 bond.
