PotashCorp-White Springs was recognized by the state of Florida for its continuing support of education at the 21st Annual Commissioner's Business Recognition Award dinner. The Hamilton County School District had nominated PCS-White Springs for the award as the top supporter of education in Hamilton County. PCS-White Springs is proud of its involvement in Hamilton County Schools, which includes mentoring and volunteerism, adoption of South Hamilton Elementary School, Hamilton High School Vocational Partnership Program, support of local education projects and in-kind donations of computers and equipment for use in the classroom.
PCS-White Springs was honored to receive the Florida Department of Education's Shining Star Award For Outstanding Support of Education at the 21st Annual Commissioner's Business Recognition Awards recently in Jacksonville.
