Two men escaped injury in an early morning car crash at the intersection of County Roads 141 and 152 in Hamilton County, on Monday, October 27.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol report filed by Trooper Rocky Blanton, a 1997 Chevrolet driven by Larry J. Thomas, 18, of 3337 NW CR 152, Jennings, was traveling east on CR 152. As he began to cross CR 141, his car struck the left side of a northbound 2006 Chevrolet pick-up truck driven by Daniel Baker, 60, of 2833 141st St, Live Oak.
The impact caused Baker’s vehicle to spin around and come to rest facing southeast on the west shoulder of CR 151.
Thomas was cited for violation of right of way, reports show.
