Orange and Blue Game May 15

The Branford Buccaneer varsity football team will play an inter squad game on Thursday, May 15 at Buccaneer Stadium beginning at 6 p.m.

Athletic Director Seth Stebbins invites the public to come out and see what promises to be a spirited squad in the 2008 season.

According to Stebbins hopefully the concession stand will open, "that is still in the planning stages," said Stebbins.

The Buccaneers began Spring drills on May 1, and were in shorts for three days. Tuesday, May 6, was their first day in pads.

According to Stebbins approximately 40 players are out for Spring drills and are showing a lot of spirit and determination.

Admission to the game is $2 at the gate. Students can purchase their tickets during school for $1.
