BHS track teams in district competition

The Branford High School track teams will travel to Mayo on Thursday, (today) to participate in the district competition. Competition begins at 10 a.m. and will be an all day event according to Seth Stebbins girls head coach. "Both teams are undefeated and we hope to make a real good showing at the districts in Mayo, said Stebbins.

Eric Rodriquez coaches the boys team.

Coach Stebbins told the news that senior shot and discus thrower Crystal Bass is expected to sign a scholarship with Lees-McCray College this week. Details on the signing coming soon.
