SUWANNEE COUNTY

Interstate 75
Lane closures are scheduled to begin Monday between the Columbia and Hamilton County lines (2.5 miles north of I-10) for resurfacing. One lane will be closed during the daytime and two lanes can be closed at night. The speed limit will be reduced to 60 mph during lane closures. Plans are to begin at the Hamilton County line and work south with the outside lanes closed for the first week. Lane closures will occur about 20 hours a day. There will be no lane closures allowed from Friday through Sunday.

High School Road, Marymac Street, Primary School Road and Silas Drive in Live Oak
Daytime lane closures in the vicinity of Suwannee Primary School, Suwannee High School and the Suwannee Sports Complex to allow crews to build a new sidewalk.
State Road 247
Daytime lane closures will begin after 8:30 a.m. Monday for resurfacing in the Town of Branford between U.S. 129 and the northern city limits of Branford. Also, there will be lane closures from Branford to the Columbia County line to place the final layer of asphalt. In the Town of Branford, crews will be milling, or removing the top layer of asphalt before placing new asphalt. In the rural area, the northbound lanes will have the final layer of asphalt placed. Daytime lane closures after 8:30 a.m. to make corrections on the asphalt just south of McAlpin. There could be lane closures between Branford and McAlpin for cleanup.

COLUMBIA COUNTY
Southwest Little Road
The road is totally closed at the Rose Creek Bridge for the next three months to replace the bridge. All through traffic is detoured to Southwest Walter Avenue.

State Road 47
Daytime lane closures will begin after 8:30 a.m. between U.S. 27 in Fort White and the Gilchrist County line for resurfacing. No lane closures will be allowed at the U.S. 27 and State Road 47 intersection between 1:45 and 3 p.m. weekdays to minimize impacts on school traffic. The contractor plans to work Monday through Thursday only.

MADISON COUNTY

Interstate 10
Crews will be repainting the roadway lines between the Jefferson and Suwannee County lines during the week. This is a moving operation but motorists should not pass in between the paint truck and the safety truck following to avoid getting wet paint on their vehicles.

U.S. 90
Daytime lane closures between the Jefferson and Suwannee County lines to allow inmate crews to repaint pavement markings such as turn arrows, etc.
